RightCard works in Canada.
iPhone app · English and French · 117 Canadian cards · no bank login
Pick the Canadian cards you have. RightCard tells you which one to use at Costco, Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart or any other store, before you pay.
It counts in Canadian dollars, values your points the way Canadian programs pay them, and knows which cards each store takes at the register.
The real answer at Costco, from a Canadian wallet.

Missing yours? You can request it in the app.
About 500 Canadian stores, filed by what your card rewards actually count them as: grocery, gas, dining, drugstore, transit and more.
Canadian points. Aeroplan, Amex Membership Rewards, RBC Avion, Scene+ and the rest are valued in Canadian cents, on the careful side. When an answer depends on a point value, the app shows the math.
Spending caps. Where a card's bonus stops after a limit, like the Amex Cobalt's 5x on the first $2,500 a month, the app says so.
Store rules it checks for you
If a store codes differently from what you'd expect, tap "Earned less here? Tell us" under the answer. Your phone answers the corrected way right away.
Getting the Canadian cards
- Download the app. If your App Store account is Canadian, it opens on Canadian cards.
- Already using it with US cards? Open Settings in RightCard and tap the flag at the top, then pick Canada. Your US cards stay saved, and you can switch back any time.
- Add your cards from the list. No card numbers, no bank login.
- iPhone in French? The app is in French too.
Not in Canada yet
- Adding bank offers. The one-tap offer sync works for US cards today. On Canadian cards the Offers tab is hidden, so you won't see an empty one. Amex Canada is next, once we've checked how its offers page works.
- The Chrome extension adds US bank offers only, for the same reason.
Privacy
Same as everywhere else: no bank login, no ads, no trackers. Answers are worked out on your phone. The privacy policy has a section for people in Canada, and a French version.
Questions
Which card should I use at Costco in Canada?
Costco warehouses in Canada take Mastercard only, so RightCard only picks among your Mastercards there. Costco.ca also takes Visa. Most cards don't count Costco as a grocery store, so a grocery bonus usually won't apply.
Can RightCard add my Canadian Amex offers?
Not yet. Adding bank offers works for US cards today. On Canadian cards the Offers tab is hidden, so you won't see an empty one. Amex Canada is next, once we've checked how its offers page works.
Does RightCard need my bank login?
No. You pick the cards you have from a list. RightCard never connects to your bank and never sees your balances or transactions.
Does it cost anything?
No. Finding your best card at any store is free.
